Privacy Policy

Apex Dashboard (“the Service”) at apexteam.asia is an internal cost and revenue dashboard operated by HV Holdings (“we”, “us”). It is used by our own staff and approved team members. This policy explains what information the Service handles and why.
1. Information we collect
About people who sign in
- Your name and work email address, entered by an administrator when your account is created.
- If you sign in with Google: the basic profile Google shares with us (your name, email address and profile picture). We request no other Google data, and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service.
- Your permissions (which pages and which products you may see), and a log of administrative changes to accounts and permissions.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic technical logs (such as errors) kept by our hosting providers.
Business data shown in the Service
The Service imports sales, order, fee and advertising data from accounts owned by our company (for example Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads and Amazon Ads) and matches it to our products. Order data may include order identifiers, items, amounts, dates and order status. It is used only for internal reporting and is not made available to the public.
2. How we use information
- To authenticate you and decide which products and pages you may see.
- To produce internal reports and to let staff check the numbers behind them.
- To keep the Service secure, investigate problems and keep an audit trail of account changes.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Google user data
Where sign-in with Google is enabled, we use Google user data only to identify you and let you into the Service. We do not transfer it to others except as described in section 4, we do not use it for advertising, and no person reads it other than administrators managing accounts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Who handles data for us
We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (website hosting) and GitHub (scheduled data imports). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Security
Access is limited to registered, active accounts and is controlled per person, per page and per product, with the rules enforced in the database. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.
6. Retention
Account details are kept while the person has access. When someone leaves, their account is deactivated and can be deleted on request. Business data is kept for as long as it is useful for internal reporting and record keeping.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove your account, by contacting us below. If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke the Service's access at any time in your Google Account settings.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
