Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Apex Dashboard (“the Service”) at apexteam.asia, an internal tool operated by HV Holdings (“we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to them.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is for HV Holdings staff and people we have approved. Accounts are created by an administrator; you may not create your own, share your login, or let anyone else use it.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep your password and sign-in secure, and tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.
• Use the Service only for HV Holdings business and only for the products and pages you were given access to.
• Treat what you see as confidential company information. Do not copy, export or share it outside the company unless you are authorised to.
• Do not try to bypass access controls, probe the Service for weaknesses, or disrupt it.

3. Access can change

We may change, suspend or remove anyone's access or permissions at any time, for example when a role changes or someone leaves. We may also change or discontinue parts of the Service.

4. Data and accuracy

Figures come from third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Amazon and Meta) and are processed automatically. They can be delayed, incomplete or revised by those platforms, and some measures (for example ad-platform attributed sales) are estimates. The Service is provided to support internal decisions; check important figures against the source before relying on them.

5. Ownership

The Service and the data in it belong to HV Holdings or its licensors. Using the Service gives you no ownership of either.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
